Default Blade Finishing

I read somewhere that the leading edge of the blades should be taped. Could someone please direct me to the thread about doing this?

Thanks!

Sure, check out this (my) crash thread:

[link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_4047709/tm.htm]Crash on first camera flight[/link]

Sky High talks about frame striking and why it's good to tape the blades...my crash was due to apparent frame striking, although my failure mode (sheared off rotor screws) was a little different than Sky High's (shredded rotor blades).

The next time I fly it will be with taped rotors using 3 inch packing tape as Sky High suggests!

Will
