I have a savage x and I like the roll bar very much. Althought that little screw that holds the two halfs together is bent to hell. But owell it still works just fine.

I didn't think that the Savage X roll bar/handle would fit....something about the chassis plates having different holes. If it does fit then the head guard thingy should fit too, right? [sm=confused.gif]

It fits fine. The roll bar attaches to the top two screws on each side of the tranny case. These screw locations are the same for any Savage version. My truck even has the truckzilla TVPs. I am using the head protector too. I just had to build a little adapter out of some aluminum angle stock to reach the rear tower due to the additional 1" in length. The only problem I had otherwise was having to re-bend my Ofna linkages to clear the thicker roll bar.

After getting tired of bending mine also, I spent the extra money and bought the RCKENON(posted above) one and I have to admit its held up really good so far.
