Unless you refuel it during a sandstorm, no, you won't need to replace it. Over time, if alot of dirt gets in there, you could aways take the tank off and wash it out in the sink.

I have a new stadium truck and my primer doesn't work. Any suggestions. I read where you can blow into the exhaust to get the fuel to the carb but once I get it running. But once I get the engine started I don't want to be putting my mouth around nitro fuel on the exhaust. Should I just contact the manufacturer?

put your finger over the exhaust outlet and turn over the engine a few times . This will prime the line . Also associatted makes an inline bulb primer and works great .

Thanks for your help. My TH truck is so hard to start as there is nothing to hold on to to steady the truck when I pull the starter. My HPI car has a little handle which I use to steady the car. Any suggestions?
