Default Spektrum receiver with Futaba 3PM?

Can it work?
If so, what would I need exactly? The 3PM radio, the spektrum receiver, and...? Is there a module that plugs into the radio? What's the name?

No, the 3PM is not module-based.

Ah, thanks.
I don't see in any radio description wether it has a module slot or not, how can you tell then?
What's the cheapest futaba radio that would work with a module?
How about the cheapest radio in general that would accept modules?

Hitec's SRX and CRX will accept spektrum modules, and they are cheaper than the 3PK and M11.

Alright, thanks a lot for the info!
I'm trying to figure out what's the difference(s) between those two:
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...I=LXHBB6**&P=7
and
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJTU8&P=7

If anyone knows, please let me know.
Also, what's the usual radio range of FM versus 2.4ghz spektrum?

Not all 2.4 GHZ systems are the same just as not all 27 or 75 radios are the same. We now put out 100mW of power the other 2.4 GHZ system put on 10mW of power

The Nomadio EE team will soon release (by weeks end) the NEW Definition of DSM "Da Slow Mode" where the Nomadio 100Hz frame rate will be able to drop to the 50Hz frame rate of the "other" DSM receivers. No A to D LAG lower latency and the ability to go to 100Hz receivers with full built in telem
