Okay I want to know from the ones that have tracks and allow others to run on them, do you have a release form you have the guys sign or just have rules posted?

I want something so no one can hold me responsible for there vehicles, or themselves if something was to happen... I thought about just having a sign up that states

Track Rules

1.Run at your own risk

2.**** track is not held responsible for any damages done to your vehicles

3.**** track is not held responsible for any injuries to yourself or others while running on the track.

4.use common sense while running on the track

5.stay on the designated track area.

6.Have fun


what do you guys think? I would also like to have it where if something was to happen and they damaged something to my property that they would be held responsible for it.. anyways of doing this?

But as long as they stay on the track I don't think anything will happen..

its in Paulding county Ga, Nothing big i built it for Electrics as I didnt know there were so many nitro guys, My father has a revo and after today i admit it is not big enough for Nitro, oh well I will just build a BIG oval on the other side of this track when I have money for the pipe.

Unfortunately, the world has become sue crazy ! I would STRONGLY advise checking your home owners ins and a quick talk with a lawyer. Most will give you a quick 1st consultation. This may save you alot of grief in the future.

yeah I know they have, thats why I was asking, I know theres a few around that have tracks with they would come out of the bushes. and post something.

Are you charging people to run on your track ? If so your home owners will not cover it . You will need to insure it and it is hard at least here it`s hard to find an insurance company to insure it .

well at first i wasnt going to charge, just asking for donations, this is so i can buy more pipe for the track and autally build a driver stand and such........

Well I just like to find a small group of guys to come run with me, no big crowd as my track is small. i am not the home owner my parents are and autally there not a house ont eh property they was but it burnt down it belongs to my grandfather.
