Well worth the money, after 4 broken stock shafts, I have run 1/2 gal with no probs. Just make sure you locktight the set screws!

i raced with a set of their driveshafts once. only once because they bent the first day i used them, no hard wrecks and yes the pillow balls were set so there was no bind. the centers might be better since they are out of the way of any real force. if you want cvd's i'd say save up some cash and get the MIP ones. I've yet to encounter a good product from RD Logics, except their glow igniter which was made by another company and had their sticker put on.

with a t-maxx any engine is gonna tear them up. they are JUNK. why else would they use revo ones on the 3.3? i twisted mine with a stock e-maxx if that tells you anything about their quality

the e-maxx ones, which are the same as the old style t-maxx ones, are far too thin. they are probably fine to run stock engines. my revo ones have never given me any trouble, with the 2.5r or the tm523. although i have only had a gallon through my tm523

It is just a 3.3 maxx but we have 2 of them and they are both breaking the rear shaft I was told that you could run the 3.3 revo shafts but I thought I would check that out and took the one out of my revo 3.3 and the end for the tranny is different it is bigger for the revo than the maxx

I run a geared down O.S. .18 TM in my tmaxx, and I have only ever twisted one yoke on a shaft and that was because I landed the rear tires hard on pavement at WOT. I have found the trx 2.5 tmaxx shafts to be more than adequate. Actually they are one of the only stock items still left on my maxx: chassis plate, shafts, diffs, tranny, and servo mounts are the only stock items I have left on my maxx, and that is because those are the only ones that I have never broken.
