Any flyingsite with Jet activity worth visiting while in Orlando next week?
Any good shops beside BVM?

Default Orlando

You might want to contact the BVM factory and find out if they have anything happening out there as they are in the Orlando Area.

Bob's Hobby Center was a favorite of mine when I lived there. There was also Bill Grave's shop that had about 300 airplanes hanging from the ceiling. Its been 7 or so years since I have been to either place, so someone local would probably give you more current info.
