Brisighella 26% Skybolt
Anyone who has built this lovely aircraft or other Brisighella aircraft, knows that Dario designed his planes on the very heavy side. Has anyone out there built this particular aircraft from his plans and what did you do to lower the final weight? I am not great at engineering and thus I'm not sure what to cut open/away or what/where to replace all the 1/4" ply he uses. Any thoughts from other builders would be much appreciated. My effort resulted in a 26lb. - 80" plane using a Zenoah 62 which doesn't like to pull out of spins!!
