Trade gone bad!
What do you do if you trade someone and they say to send your truck first so you do and it gets to there house and you never hear from them agian? Could you file a police report or sue them?

Was it on the marketplace here? The most important thing is communication. Do you have a phone #? When did the deal happen and when did you expect the truck. Most of the time the deal can be cleared up with communication.

First off when trading with a person you must have there phone number cell and home phone. Having the email is fine but not the greatest. You should also have there local police departments number not the 911 number either. Communication is the key before and after a trade. You could file a police report. Any more i dont really know about.

RE: Trade gone bad!
There are posts like this on every forum I've ever visited. The bottom line is that you are free to file reports with local police, postal services and who ever you can think of. The truth is that your $300 toy (no disrespect here as I love this hobby too) has no priority with anyone. If you do get the attention of anyone, it will turn into a case of his word vs your word. If it comes to that... any post on a form or email promising violence would not look good for you...
I want to repeat, I mean no disrespect as I feel your pain. Getting ripped off is not fun but writing or suggesting that this guy should be knee-capped or his house should be burned down is not helping anyone.

I've got ripped off too. The guy responded to every single pm I sent him. But the second I bought it, he hasn't responded again. Paypal is involved and so our other people so were getting close to getting the money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM golfcarterforlife. HE IS A SCAMMER AND IS KNOWN FOR DOING THIS. I wish I would of known that before I bought it.
