maybe you popped a linkage off? Check your linkages and compare it to the manual.

First you should check the TH-TRIM on your controler, then see if the carb slide's easly on its own. I have the savage .25 and it wouldent give me full throttle so i made my own gass ,brake setup. Now ive got full throttle and bad a** stock brakes that i can adjust for more or less on eather.

The first thing to check is that all the batterys are fresh/fully charged. Then, and only then, start looking for mechanical / equipment problems.

If the problem is the servo. Get a new steering servo and move the stock one to the throttle. This is one of the first upgrades a Savage needs other than aluminum clutch and tuned pipe.

well that shouldnt be too hard to check - remove the throttle linkage - make sure the flanged screw that goes on top of the the throttle sevo is bolted on tightly. they can come loose at times. also make sure the metal ring (shown in pic) is securely in between the other two bits(shown in pic) - and sorry if this sounds obvious but make sure ur receiver and transmitter battery are fully charged. then apply brakes and throttle to check to see if it moves atleast 50 degrees both sides. u might also want to adjust ur throttle trim. if it doesnt move very muchthen i would say it ur throttle servos and is the reason why the carb is not openin up.

hope this helps let us know how u got on

Savage x driver do you have a switch on your controller that allows you to reverse the throttle contol? If it does reverse it if not I dont know how to change it.
