Default back firing savage

i was starting my truck to keep running my new motor in today and i pulled it over and it backfired and a flame flew out the exhaust and caught the rag on fire i had sittin under my exhaust stinger to catch unburned fuel, i think it was because of all the unburned fuel in the exhaust and crank case from it running so rich from break in, this really amazed me, specially when the rag caught on fire that was cool! has any one else ever had any thing like this happen to them, backfiring i mean, i know some people are not going to beleive me about this bit i saw it with my own eyes and had to put the small fire out i wish i had it on video!

never has happened to me, but i believe you. Just like on real cars, if it is too rich, flames may come out of the exhaust.
I would like to see a rc do it though. Cool!

Just don't smoke while you're inebriated and refueling your car...

If I set my needs to full richness will it back fire? I really want to see it. I would only do it for one time and then reset needles.

I squirt some nitro on a cigarette last night and it put the cigarette out. Too high of a flashpoint.
