Have you personally run a 106? If you havent might be worth it to try something different. However, I think you knew which one you were going to get before you even posted.

That's the one he meant razr
I'd opt for the one assembled overseas....Had them both....The Cardens can come out a little heavier than the current crop of ARFs.. Think you will appreciate the extra power.
I'm building the 32% Yak as we speak, very nice plane....My engine is assembled overseas also but not on your short list

How about some practical advice?
A Yak has the engine mounted on the fuse centerline. I'm thinking the 3w's carb/manifold/scoop thingie hanginig down so far will actually go through the cowl and stick out. I know that this can disrupt the airflow and make them run weird.
I think the DA will fit inside the cow.
Both excellent engines, but in this application the DA may fit better.

What I do with the 3Ws if the 90 degree intake is going to go through the bottom of the cowling, is to take it off and just run the line back into the fuse. I did this on my 106CS on a comp arf yak, works just fine that way. I find the motors actually run a bit better with the intake off and the line back in the fuse, so I usually just do that from the start.

You mean the one with parts from overseas but assembled here in the USA?

I think there might be a 100cc class engine that is made completely in the good ol' USA. Lock, Stock and barrel. Maybe
I would also go with the engine with the most power, Cardens aren't known to be the lightest planes around. 3W's are good engines, but can be a little more finicky to dial in from my experience. Not hard, just different and if someone is a newbie that can be problematic

btw-what do you mean assembled from overseas parts? i know for a fact all of the machining is done in the US (an hour away from me actually) the ignition says from Australia but that doesn't count
