I didn't get to start on mine until just recently, still working on getting the fuse put together. It sure goes together quick. I will probably order my engine in the next week or two. Brett says it is too cold to be able to get his workshop warm right now.

extra 300l
Hey
I am using a ZDZ 100 and it was alittle to big so I used two 1/2A canopies(3 1/2 long) that I got from the hobby shop. I cut out the cowling and glued the canopy in from the inside out with epoxy , then filled it with bonddo lite and then primer. The cowling and wheel pants were very nice quality(gel coated). I didn't modify anything on the cowling except for the plug covers.
The foam sheeting was good. The wing, hatch, turtle deck, and tails were covered with 1/16 and the surfaces has lines drawn on it so you know where to cut out for the control surfaces.
A friend has a 3W 80 twin on his and it weighs 25lb. He said it flies very well..deweyd
