I stumbled across this, a conversion utility. It's a small download, real handy, and free.

If you want conversions for everything possible, sorry it doesn't do the math for you, here is a list of "Fudge Factors" that gives you all the formulas if you want to do it the hard way. www.xmittershop.com/fudge.htm
