Many high end radios are designed such that the user can reconfigure the radio for left hand use. One such example is the airtronics M11 radio.

the only radios that i know that are left hand compatible are high-end radios like the airtronics M11, or the futaba 3PK. Even if you weren't left handed i would reccomend you get one of these. they are very very good radios, that will last a long time. Also its very easy to use that one radio for all of your RC cars, because all the settings can be saved under different profiles, so as long as you have a futaba 3PKs receiver in lly our cars you wont have to keep editing your trim, and other adjustments. Between those 2 i would have to recommend the futaba 3PK. Ive owned both, and i like the 3Pk much more. It feels much better in my hands, and on top of that the few people i now who own the M11 have had some kind of problem with it, and had to send it in for repair. Currently I'm using a Futaba 3PK Super, Ive had it for over a year, and it still works like when it was brand new.
