Yup, just asking for photos 'cause you need help isn't gonna get you anywhere.
Can you be more specific, what and why do you need photos. You need to ask before you can receive

Excellent, first up congrats on your new buggy. Nitro is loads of fun and i'm positive the fumes are addictive . Anyways, i'm not at all tuned in to 1/10 scale so i can't really help with much, although for your engine i would have though anything <.21 would fit nicely. 'NORMALLY' .21> are found in 1/8 machines.
As for your tires you need to find out the size of the rims you have, thats pretty much all there is to it. I think tower have a section purely for 1/10 wheels and tires. As another suggestion perhaps posting this in the Buggy (even though it's not 1/8) section might yield you better results.
Sorry i can't help more

Just broke the fuel tank on my brother in law's BX. Anybody know where I can find a replacement?
Found this one, but it says discontinued....

i think you mean <.21 and .21< or <.21 and >.21, This means both less than and more than
