JetCat Turbine Support Equipment
I'm on the "waiting list" for a P-160.
If I put a P-120 in my newest jet, can I just change out JUST the ECU and actual turbine when my P-160 arrives? Assume I use at least 6mm tubing thoughout the entire fuel system and use a slightly larger double walled tail pipe.
I just don't want to have to pull out the fuel pump, battery, fuel and propane valves, etc, once the P-160 arrives.
Thanks

Hi Nick
The ECU is obviously different. The pumps are also hand selected for performance. You might be able to get by with a standard pump but it might be marginal (high voltage requirement for the proper fuel volume)
BTW I run a standard pump on my BVM F-4 with P-160 but I should really swap it out!
Everything else is the same.
Hope that helps.
