I have a composite arf 2x2 extra with a da50. Love the airplane. I have another da50 that needs an airplane. Any suggestions? Would love a composite biplane...arf even better.... thanks in advance!!

I think your choices are more limited if you want composite...a 2.3 Comp Arf Extra with a 1060 pipe makes for a very nice flying airplane. I can't actually think of any others in that size off the top of my head.

I'd agree, the 2.3 is the one to go with. Here is a thread I started on that very same plane with a video of it flying on a Da50 with MTW canister/header which is flown by Darcy (mu2driver) and everything I've heard the 2x2 is a bit heavy on the DA50 but still nice

As far as a bipe, I do not think you'll find a composite one but I also have the Great Planes Performance series Ultimate 160 with a DA50 in it and it's a perfect match.

I had the 2.3 DA-50 / pipe combo and it flew great. It was slightly underpowered, and if you are flying a 2x2 on a 50 you might notice it too. Still can't go wrong - it's a good combo.
