Transmitter case
Get a cheaper plastic or metal handgun case (Cabelas or local sporting goods store). Make sure it is big enough. Then you can cut the foam out to fit the transmitter in there. Cheaper then one you buy from the Hobby Shop.

The Lowes unit is excellent! It will hold two transmitters extra batteries, some tools and at a cost of less than 1/2 half of what Tower wants for theirs.
I went to Lowes for a second one (have had the first for two years) to carry electronic tools in and the cost has gone up, now $23. but still a excellent price for the quality of the case.

That's the one, I think I will have to return and ask for a refund. That is the price I paid for the first one I bought, must be a hot item and the manager thought he could get more for it. Like I said in the last post it is worth the $23 they charged me last time but $3 is worth the trip back.

Lowes Cases
I have 5 of the Lowe's cases. I have one with my trainer plane transmitter set up in it, 1 with my JR 652 in it, 1 was given away, 1 is for future use, and I took one and made a great case for my wife's 35 mm Canon and her extra lenses. She loves the case, everything is protected and easier to carry - and she even thinks the cases are great for my hobby as well. God, I love that woman! Did I mention she buys my RC stuff as presents!!!!

transmitter box
Hello all,
I also have a couple of the Lowes boxes. The older ones had more foam in them and were $23. The newer ones have foam in the bottom only I believe. Still they make excellent transmitter boxes for $19.95.
