I did some more work on the Signature 57 today

I installed through hull water pickups and returns.

Started running all the water cooling hoses.

Tuned pipe is about 3/4 inch away from the hull, so I added a aluminum heat shield with insulation behind it.

saleens7 & G-1

All water lines are used. Bonzi water cooled jackets have 2 lines in and 2 out on each jacket.

4 cooling lines out from the jackets and 2 from tuned pipes.

Silcone line is covering 1 water nipple in picture.

Exhaust tips on the left are used and two on the right are just going for the ride!

Hey Tom

Thanks, believe me I've been looking at your radio box for days now.

I can use a box like yours and it will fit.

What is the dimensions of the radio box and were did your get it.

Also what servos are you using for steering the outdrive ?

Hi Steve,
The Box was made by Dr. Buck.. You can get them at gaspartsplus or CC Racing.
They run $28 .
The steering servos I'm using are dual 648 Hitecs i think.. Standard size but high torque.. They seem to work fine .. I'll know this spring for sure.. .. LOL Tom

Hey Raj

Thank you for the compliment and all the help and advice you have given me !

No, I have not fired them up yet . I have made some progress in the past week though.

Servos are in and working, nice to finally see the drive move on it's own.

Planning on starting the engines this weekend, if weather permits maybe a test run? I sure hope!! snowing today! [&o]

I will update pic's this weekend.

After test run ? I'm taking the Sig all apart and getting it ready for paint. Should look cool !

I have to finnish the Sig so I can get started on the MTI cat, I now have everything to get the MTI done.

I have another winter build starting after the MTI is done! Well, half a winter build, you know what I mean !LOL

Again I have to thank you very much, the blue inlines came out mint! They look great in the MTI cat!
