RE: help tuning my 15CX engine
well first yeah the .15cx is a !@#$%^ to tune...get an os 10 e carb and make it easier on yourself....thatmuffle is on there and it did run at one time with it prolly just fine.....so i doubt thats your problem... if your having so much troubles with it take it to a hobby shop and see what they can do....sometimes they will help you gladly for free....i bet it is either your running to rich....or you need to adjust the carb and trim...i could be wrong...im not there to tell you exatly....did you try and leave to glow plug on? did you warm the engine with a hairdryer...is it flooded....glow plug bad....it could be alot of things....also weather will effect these engines alot...just tinker around till you learn it a little....thats what most of us did...

RE: help tuning my 15CX engine
well mine gets about 20 min to a tank....thats normall but it sounds like your running a little rich...if there is fuel comming out of the muffler lean the highspeed needle (big screw) till there is smoke and no fuel well maybe just a few spots of fuel....member its always better to run it a little rich...because the lubricants are in the fuel and the more fuel the better lubed it will be
