My X SS build
I have already finished the build and decided to post the pics. I started taking the pictures later in the build so it starts with the main chassis already built. Enjoy!

RE: My X SS build
I'm always happy to see another new Savage owner, especially one who is really excited about it. Now that the X SS is out new Savage owners are popping up everywhere, which is a good thing for all of us. I was even told that there were THREE savages running in production MT this past weekend at the local track.
Anyway, the truck looks nice. Good job.

Hey awesome truck, sell the 4.6 and buy an STS .28, you will actually make money on that exchange and have an engine with almost 1 more hp. Good luck, my 0.02, Tom.

RE: My X SS build
The wheels arnt really heavy I thought....they come in 4 sections that need assembling..not tuff todo at all...Maximizers site has a howto vid on it. The look of the ring really caught my eye...the wheels are great too...no more glueing and tire changes are a breeze...Now if I wanna new tires....I dont need wheels.

RE: My X SS build
Those Axial wheels are niiiiice! I really like the fact that they are 17mm with 14mm adaptors, this way you use them as 14mm till they eventually strip and just get some 17mm hexes and they are like new again. My offsets have that also and IMO it makes them worth the money.
I also have maximisers like you have Artic but i dont have that outer ring, where did you get that?
