which screw are you talking about. if you can get a small pair of channel locks and try to get it out. try jamming a star driver in there. there is this tool you can get, probably at a hardware store or somthing of that nature where it's like a drill bit that goes into a atripped screw and you turn it counterclock wise and it will get any stripped screw out, they come in different sizes, large med small. i have the small one for my rc stuff

A post I read before said to take a die grinder or dremel and cut a flat in it for a standard screwdriver.

This is what i use. One side makes a new and clean hole and the other side bites onto it while turning in reverse. Never met a screw that wont work with it. Only thing is its a mastercraft brand and its sold in canadian tire stores only. If anyone really wants a set i can allways ship some out.

I have always heard those things referred to as easyouts. I have used them before with about a 50/50 success rate.

Yea easy out or screw extractor same thing. They work, but you need to drill out the screw first.

you just have to get a bit that a little smaller than the wasy out. drill right in the middle of the screw and then put the easy out right where you drilled then tap it and begin screwing counter clockwise

Get a drill bit about the size of the thread part of the screw drill the head of once you get it apart take a pair of vise grips to get the remainder of the screw out. This is providing where the screw is.
