Default Comp Arf 2.6m Yak55-SP, any build threads???

I've been using the RCU search engine off and on all day trying to find a dedicated C.Arf 2.6m Yak 55 build thread with no luck. Has anybody done one here or on the Giants forum? Thanks.

ya there were two over a year ago I made many posts with pics showing rudder install and pipe work - dig deep and bring them back from the dead.

Been looking and haven't quite yet. So far it does not appear that there have been many, or any, dedicated build threads to the 2.6m 55SP.

Since I'm using a 115 in mine I'll need to put most everything forward and ideas for a means of doing that would be nice. Not critical, but would make things move faster. I absolutely will not use the C.A designed rudder tray unless here is no other way.

The stock tray is not bad. I used it with 2 5945s, but used the air wild horns and unihubs and it worked out quite nice, but no way wanted to use their horns, etc on that setup. This is what I used and it worked great. IMO 2 5945s was plenty.

Thanks a bnch guys. I found the Flyinrazrback/Darcy/Vicster thread while you guys were posting. That's a long thread, I only made it to page 41 before coming back to here.

Flyinrazrback,

Thanks for the tip on the rudder servo installation. Using that I'll use the C.A box, but for certain not with their arm configuration.
