HPI Savage X reverse module
Im planning on purchasing a Savage X soon and I realize the reverse module is seperate but my question is, with the new Savage X it comes with only a 2 channel radio, do you have to purchase a new radio or something like that to have reverse? Im new and im sorry if i got the lingo wrong. Also ive heard the roto start breaks easliy, can the savage x be started with a drill if that happens?

Get the reverse module that comes with the mixer, ebay is cheapest with those. The mixer allows you to use a 2ch radio.
I have never used the roto start, I have the X SS and use a drill to start mine with no problem, just make sure yours has enough RPM. I set my clutch to 5 usually.
