Default Exhaust manifold mounting bolt spacing

Can anyone tell me what the exhaust mounting bolt spacing is on a zen and a homelite?? I am looking to get an exhaust system for the engine i am using and am hoping one of these two systems will work. The spacing for the exhaust mounting bolts on my engine are 36.5mm or 1 27/64" center to center. Thanks for your help.

Thanks VH... Looks like I am going to have to build up my own manifold. Oh well... I guess that is what this is all about...especially when you try using a motor that no one else uses. I just cannot afford a zen right now... [sm=cry_smile.gif] If I could, I wouldn;t hesitate for a second to order one up.

thanks tidnab for the link... I may just email him with the dimensions of the header I need and see if he can make me the header. If he can, I would buy the kit he has. I do have some welding skills and access to copper tubing, so I might just try to make one myself, It may not be pretty but it should be functional and free.
I want to keep this build as cheap as possible.

you can make one from copper tubing use a copper bend and attach your pipe to the bend.my mates making me a pipe and thats what hes using to make the manifold just a modified copper bend.

cool, thanks mart. I started fabbing a manifold out of some plate steel. Just a little bit more work and the manifold should be ready. The plate I used is thick enough that I couple probably drill passages for water cooling. I have copper tubing available, with elbows and the works, so I will fab the header out of that. I thought of just making a complete 4 outlet exhaut system for it out of copper... I seen a version of it on warehouse hobbies site in the exhaust section... looks fairly simple to reproduce.
