Default Prop Sizing and where to buy parts

Hi guys new to the boat forum but old to the heli forum. Anyway I have a 48" deep vee with a modified homelite 25cc water cooled motor, with the warehouse hobbies SPD 3 drive system. My question is what prop to start with. I have had this boat a while but I don't think it is up to it's full potential. I am not sure what prop is on it as it has sat for a few years. Also I would like info on where everybody gets there parts now as I usually shopped at warehouse hobbies. Any info would be a great help.

thanx
Jason

the homelight is a low horsepower motor but they like large props.i always had good luck with the 270- 280 prather props.this motor likes large props because of the lower rpm that they turn
