Default A sreaching or.. Wearing noise maybe revo 3.3

So i thought i lost 2nd gear.
pulled the tranny and checked it over.. seemed ok nothing wrong, put it all back together and ran it for a while this morning

and was able to hit 2nd gear once the engine was upto temp and running well.

My question is now, I hear this high pitched screech or whine when i go forward or reverse..

I tried loosinging the slipper but it just made the same noise and didnt go forward or back (Wayyy too loose)

I have it tightened up and it goes fine.. but this noise is bothering me.. I suppose i maybe did somthing to the tranny when i opened it up?

does the tranny need any type of lubrication or oiling? Maybe when i opened it i dried out an area that had oil.. I dunno

Thoughts?
This is my revo 3.3, All stock right now

Figured it out, was the new spur gear i put on today that was putting too much pressure on the mesh and thus the noise
