Default Good idea? Maybe

Hi everyone. I got an idea to try some solid drive shafts no my savage just wondering if it's a good idea. HD cups and dogbones is getting expensive as my moded os 30 eats them up. The pics show the center front installed i have to do some moding to get the rear center to fit but nothing to major.lol Let me what ya think. Thanks

Im confused arent the driveshafts solid already? If your breaking HD cups and bones alot your doing something wrong. Try loosening your slipper a bit. Make sure you have those little rubber o rings inside the cups as well they act like shock absorbers.

Yes they are but there is always play between the bones and the cups thus wearing them out fairly quick. So now its a solid shaft and the ends attach rite to the trans shaft and diff shaft with no play so now the bones and cups have been eliminated and do not need to buy them anymore the only thing to replace is the solid shaft if it ever breaks. The bones are not just breaking they wear quick due to the amount of torque and power of my modified os 30 believe me my truck is set-up correctly.
