I sometimes have a tendency to pull the wrong end of the aileron servo plug at the Y harness connection. 
I have some different brands of wiring in my planes, soooo sometimes the wire colors will not match at the plug.
Once I have everything plugged in correctly, I use "White Out" to mark the correct end to pull out, AND, so the plug will not be forced in flip-flopped, I will mark the matching SIDES of the male and female plugs. Just a big dot of White Out does the trick. (be sure to clean the surface with alcohol before applying). This will last a long time in the radio compartment, and will last even longer if the surface under the "dot" is lightly scratched with the point of a #11 blade before putting the White Out down. ....lownslo

Thanks for the tip. I just finished my US60 with it set up with quad flaps and am finishing the programming now. Before I pull everything apart for cleaning I will use you suggestion.
