Default AMB transponder help....

Ok today I bought a AMB transponder and I can't get it to work on my car.. I have a r125 receiver that came with my car. The guy at the track I bought it from told me to plut it in the Battery slot since it is not used. That did not work at all in fact it made my car not work totally. Well I unpluged my steering severo and pluged the transponder in to see if it would work. and it did till I use the throttle then the transponder turned off. . so I dont know how to get it to work... any help would be great.

thanks..

You need to get a Y-harness for servo leads. Plug the Y-harness into the throttle spot on the receiver. Plug the transponder in the one of the pig tails and your ESC in the other.

Is it okay to mount inside right next to the receiver?

Or you can mount it on top of your steering servo with velcro or servo tape that way it is a little further forward for those close finishes

Default Where to buy?

Can anyone tell me where I can buy a AMBrc personal transponder? Preferably an online retailer?

Thanks,

You can try ambrc.com. You can also call deltarc.com as I know they sell them. How about your LHS.
