Default .21 Grand Prix West-German made Engine, and I need help

I need to know if anyone has ever heard of an engine made in west germany manufactured by "HB". My uncle gave me the car abot 4 years ago, and I would really like to restore it.

No, my Uncles name is not tim. His name is Wycliff. The car has a fiberglass chasis like if it were a proceed car. I am really confussed, because I just can't figure out what it is. Please help if you know anything about West German made engines

Default HB .21 Grand Prix Info

Mecoa has the rights to the HB line and according to their website (www.mecoa.com), they have a limited inventory of parts for your engine (they didn't get the tooling for your engine). They may be able to help you.
