RE: CHEAP as metal geared servo!!!!
Lot of crawlers started recommending them over the usual hitecs as a cheap alternative. So I got a few for a couple of crawler build testing. They held up very well , torquey and fast, so i left them on. Still performing great after several months, definitely worth the 8 bucks i spent on them.
yes they will fit, they are standard sized.

RE: CHEAP as metal geared servo!!!!
I hope you have better luck buying from UH than I have. I ordered a motor that was shown as in-stock, they took my money, and now tell me it's on backorder, with no idea when it will be in. Several others I talked to have had the same experience, actually two other people ordered the SAME motor around the same time and also got hosed. But, plenty of people seem to have good luck with them, too......seems like a "you pays your money and takes your chances" sort of outfit. Just my 2¢. As far as the stuff they sell, most people seem to be happy with their purchases once they finally get them. I don't really know about the HXT servos, but people seem to like the cheap BMS and Bluebirds so it may be a bargain like those.

I bought some cheap servos like that off ebay as a bit of a test. They were like $12 delivered so I figured it would be worth it just to see what they were like. I have not used them yet but they appear to be fine and do work. I figure for the $$ its not much of a risk.

I got a couple of those acutally, TowerPro but they're the same things as far as i'm concerned -- works great so far. Definately torquey!
