Advice for elec. project
I will admit i am not really up on the electrics!
I also am not a beginner i fly glo helis and planks,
I recently got a Aventura twin and i am starting to build.
The main ? is i want to just run speed 400 brushed this is a twin
water plane.What suggestions on motors also i have a NIB C-35esc Electrifly
for brushed motors and i would like to run lipos sugestions
on that also not sure if 2s or 3s just looking for some help.

I ran the Adventura twin with the stock motors. My opinion would be for you to first start out stock then upgrade after you get a feel for what the plane can do and what it can't.
Long story short. I no longer have my Adventura. I got frustrated with how fragile the plane was (Never had an issue with power) and went with a Super Zoom on floats (Hobby-Lobby)
