Fusion 52 arf Ailerons.
Trying to locate were to drill the hole for the aileron horn. I looked at the kits manua sol I know there is a block to drill thru I just would like some numbers to locate it. Such as X amount from trailing edge and X amount from inboard edge is the center of the block. Also within the block where to put the hole. I can't wait to fly this plane it looks great!

From step 3 of the manual:
The aileron control horns should be mounted so that the center of the horn is about 4 7/8” from the root of the wing. This should be the center of the hardpoint. Again, harden the mounting holes by wicking thin CA into the holes prior to final installation.
Hope this helps.

One last set of question how far from the aileron leading edge and what hardware and hole size should be used. I normally use durbo HD horns for surfaces that are not flat. Sorry about the first question that was really stupid of me.

Well you want to make sure you have plenty of meat to mount your horn. The easiest I've found is either the Dubro horns or just go buy some long 6-32 bolts, washers, and nylon insert lock-nuts, and some 6-32 threaded couplers and use that. That's what I've done for years. Very solid. Look at the picture in the manual of the aileron horn.
