Default how long do engines last

i was wondering how long engines lasted for as i heard some 1 say that they last about 5 gallons of fuel is this correct

Yes, you should get 5 gallons on a good quality engine thats broken in properly, and 10 gallons isnt impossible for super-high end engines.

If You use 10% airplane blend your engine will last forever. Im not being bias its a fact airplane fuel as more oil.

Uh oh........ its the fuel thing again.

5 to 10 gallons on todays engines with good fuel is not out of the question. I have over 6 gallons on a cheap Mach.15 and she still screams.

Just run a good fuel that has a decent amount of oil and it will last quite a while. I recommend 14% oil or more. I run 17 to 20% oil in my engines.

I ran a new fuel last weekend. Sig 25% Champion fuel....50/50 castor/syth.......Im am very impressed.

I have run that aswell, its good stuff aint it? Im always suprised on how cool it runs.

I use monser trinity in my rc10gt, worked good so far for me. Burns clean and runs pretty cool. Good racing fuel.

where can I get that sig fuel? When I get a new engine I want to use a fuel with more than 10% lubricant my blue thunder is right now.
