I think I need to replace the links on my servos and control horns on my plane.

I was checking the servo connection, and I noticed when the servo moved through full range, the piece of fuel line around the link was hitting the servo control arm.

I currently run the simple nylon quick links:

I'm currently running 2-56 control rods...

What's a better linkages???

....with this type, you don't use the pieces of fuel line.

OK...

I'm willing to buy what it takes...

But I have a question. My plane has the flexible pushrods, so the clips thread onto a length of metal, the other end of the threads goes into the inner pushrod, and extends in far enough to get inside the outer pushrod...

So, how do I convert to these??? Without doing anything drastic please....

Ok fellows, I suggest using the Sullivan LXFV17 metal clevises from Tower Hobbies, and do away with the fuel line, or plastic locks. If you add a lockwasher and nut on the threaded shaft, you can mechanically lock the clevis from moving on the threads. I have been taught to always use metal on plastic, or plastic on metal for any flight control system.
