I have 2 Quadra 35's. Both still running. I wasted many hours screwing around with weeddies. I own a small machine shop and I have almost unlimited resourses. I threw all my weeddies away because, while they ran pretty good the power to weight ratio sucks. One of my Q-35's is 13 years old, swings a 18-10 prop at 6,800 rpm. No Weedie will give you that much preformance. I also have a US-41 that runs great. Go buy one and go flying.

Quadra 35 V/S Ryobi 31?
I want to thank you guys for the information on the engines. I can buy a Quadra 35 with a ton of compression for $65.00 and even though a Ryobi is cheap it would cost me more than that to set one up.
