revo 2.5 slipper issues

revo 2.5 slipper issues
just replaced the whole slipper setup with all new gear(stock) even with loc-tite it keeps coming lose,any help will be appreciated.i have done everything i can think of

over night,i just tore it all back down,think i found it,the back plate was off the 4 pegs its supposed to sit on.put it all back together,loc-tited and double nutted it,think that ought to do it
