Has anybody set up this combo in a Trex? My brother is having some problems with his 450 V2. I have put my eletronics in and flown the heli and the build is good, but when his electronics are in, the heli wants to rotate clockwise uncontrollibly as soon as any power is applied and I am obviously missing something.

Have you set the gyro gain?

sound like the reverse switch on the gyro is wrong, if it's in rev set to normal and if it's in normal set to reverse. if it's on the wrong setting it's trying to compensate for the rotation but in the wrong direction so it just makes it spin faster in the direction it's already going instead of reversing it.

What is yours and his electronic packages?? Are they the same, slightly different completely different??

I have the same set-up and the Trex flys very well. I have noticed however, that it does have a propensity to fly into the ground every so often. It took me a little while to trouble shoot (turns out - mostly gravity).

Otherwise it works well except that one of my trim tabs on the 6Ex does not work (new out of the box). I have not contacted Futaba; mainly because the heli fly's and I did not want to spend the time on the phone with "Gary" working out the details for 2 hours and not coming up with a solution.
