Default Trex Questions

when i give it some throttle, and i reach maxium haed speed before i lift off the ground, my trex gets insane vibration, so much it will move 1ft on concrete or tip in the grass...idk what it is..battery is tight, everything is sturdy and hunkerd-down and so ill just get off fast and it will lfy perfect but i do see some vibration in the skids so idk what that is...too set a good idle up on the DX7, what should i set the throttle curve at and pitch...for pitch 10-0-10 and idk about throttle?...so lmk..thanks ALOT!!

1st, check to make sure your blades are balanced, then ensure the blades can move with slight pressure in the blade grips. Your pitch sounds about right. For throttle if you're using idle up go with 100-90 or 95-100. That'll match your pitch curve of 10-0-10 deg. Let us know how it works out.

Sounds like your blades could be too tight in their grips, since the vibe goes away as centrifigul force increases and gets the blades moving.

I agree with MiniCwik
Others to consider, are the blades tracking? can you be 100% sure the flybar is bang in the middle. Try all have suggested, then if still not fixed i would pull the main shaft out and check for trueness. Run it along a piece of glass and check for gaps, it is the best way to inspect it. Good luck

Tracking can cause this for sure as well as bent shaft, flybar, flybar weights not exactly spaced on both sides, etc.

As far as blade tightness....mine are very tight...they don't move at all unless I force them to, but that's how the stock blades on my V2 are and I have zero vibration...I've even sanded the roots down some.
