the grey market is like when you buy a car at the hobby shop the hobby shop bought it from a middle man who buys it from the distributor who gets it from the factorys and when your buy it from the distributor thats called the grey market because its not illigal like the black market PROCESS: factory-->distributor-->hobbyshop-->you--->crash........ and when you buy it from the grey market its ALOT cheaper and since buggies=$$$ im looking for a good discount but not like used goods Ebay discount

you need the right hookup, for mugen go with tim long, for ofna, go with paul coleman or tim bump, for gs go with garen hobian i'm sure i'm butchering garen name (sorry), if you're an a main driver at national events these are the people to seek out. if not fly to hong kong, taiwan, or singapore, with the sars virus it should be cheep

Grey Market
In the 1:1 auto world, we refer to "grey market" as products bought overseas, brought to the US, and sold below US retail prices.
For example, if you went to Hong Kong and bought a handful of GReddy blow-off valves for $150/each, and brought them to the US and sold them at say $200/each, while the current US retail proce is about $250, you are dealing in a "grey" market. Its called "grey" because it isn't quite illegal, you didn't break any laws, but you are circumventing the company's dealer channel, and in doing so undercutting what the retailers can sell them for.
