rcign et al have a look at my A&M Sachs
Hi guys
I'm back with a new gasser question. Picked up this beautiful Lazy Ace with what looks from my reading of past posts as an A&M Sachs 2.0 or ? Owner didn't have further details. Installed prop is a an 18x8. Plug is an RCJ7Y is that a resistor plug #??
Have a look at the pic and let me know.

Looks like the ignition is the C&H copy that A&M made years ago..The A&M copy will have A&M on the box..C&H didn't run the shield over the spark plug..RCJ7Y is a resistor plug..

You should run the shield all the way down on the plug ans hose clamp it to the hex on the plug..Running it without the shield grounded will cause the spark to go through the sensor and destroy it......
