I have received some information on the cockpit so I think I have that solved. I am interested to know what speeds the starfire II will achieve. One person said it would only go about 120 mph and if thats true, I will be very disappointed. Let me know what speed you have attained with your starfire.

I had one clocked around 175mph with an os91/ dynamax. Drop a super bee or wren54 in there it would be 199.99mph easy.

Randy M. thanks for the infor. I am looking for speeds in that range or higher and can hardly wait until the first flight. I hope more guys will chime in with their speeds. I did get a email from Shaun the YA rep and he said around 190.

Who ever said the Starfire would only go 120 doesn’t know what they are talking about and have never seen one fly. Mine without gear doors would do about 175 with an OS 91 at 5600 ft. alt. I am setting mine up for a wren and I am sure it will do 200 MPH easy.
