Default bladecx2.com extreme core upgrade problems

I haven't flown my Blade CX2 in a long time ever since I put the bladecx2.com extreme core upgrade on it. The problem I'm having is when I try to just fly forward, it wants to also lean to the left while going forward at the same time. I've adjusted all the linkages to make sure the swashplate is perfectly straight and also checked all the ball links and they are all free. I just don't know what else to do. With the parts I have installed, I should be able to fly it a lot more aggressively than with the stock parts.

the extreme core components are a lot of rebranded parts packaged in thier own packaging. Do a search on the above mentioned website. I have the basic same parts all bought and shipped to the door for about 15 bucks (flybar, inner and outer shaft) Never have had any reason to switch to the blade grips and different blades. Mine flys like a champ and I am not experiencing any "list" to one side while in FF.
Do you have a lateral CG issue? Battery or something on one side that is heavier? If Ff and all momentum are relative to the cyclic inputs I would assume your side to side CG is off. Hold the heli by the flybar with the flybar running the length of the heli. If any lean to one side then you will know if that is the issue.

hi
this is sonny
note that our parts have been all optimised
the core v3 is the final edition
and now we ready to sell in large production

all our mold are now paid and it is a raison why the parts
are now offer where the dealer buy from us, you save money

exemple: the mold for the battery holder have cost over $20,000 and 2 month of work

over 5000 clients have buy from us on bladecx2.com

we now doing a fresh start on a new website www.rcrivesud.com
what is offer there, are the best there is on the market, durable and low weight

the core v3.0 final edition, is new from july /8 /2008
update your core v2 to v3
parts needed are the new
SL53 & SL54

now for the low life that are on this forum and other that doing bicthing ( get a life )
if you want low quality vortex parts, sorry we dont have that anymore for the past 11 month

p.s. vortex have black gear, we have white delrin gear
and have nothing to do with the spec on our upgrade parts

final note :

KEEP YOUR HELI ON A DIET

Adding aluminum parts is very nice for the look, but in fact it will affect the flight time of your heli.

While the durability of the aluminum parts is very good, but not ( Indestructible )

you have to consider what will really happen to your heli.

A few grams will make a big difference on performance.

Things to remember about weight
1. Your flight time - fun time - will be shorter
2. Your battery will run hotter, reducing its useful life
3. Your motors will overheat
4. More weigth = more damage to the heli during a crash
5. Over Flex in blades will equal to more Blade Strikes
6. Decrease of the Speed and Lift capacity

THIS IS NOT A BLADE CP OR T-REX, BUT A MICRO HELI

Adding just a couple of Gram to the heli will affect the performance of it

Your 4 in 1 Controller will have to work harder (it may even burn out)

Good Quality Crash Resistant and low weight Plastic is the
best for a heli of this size.

Of all the things I ever lost....................................... I miss my mind the most!
Hi, just came across this post and would like to disagree with some of the comments. I've installed the Exxtreme core upgrades (all of them) onto my CX3 and it flys incredibly well. Prior to installing the upgrades, I had major TBE and was ready to scrap the copter. Like others, I've taken Sonny's advice and scrapped all of my CNC parts, though I do prefer the CNC swash plate as it has less flex.

For flyers having issues with this system, i'd like to share two things that i've learned. 1. The blade grips need to be very snug for stable flight, and the grips need to have even tension. 2. Make sure that the flybar linkages are even. This is more difficult with two flybars, so what I did was fit one linkage, then remove it...screw it closed and count the turns. Then I matched the 2nd linkage to the first and it flew perfectly. 3. Make sure that the mold seam is not prohibiting the movement of the linkages. You can get a piece of 600 grit sand paper and very gently smooth them out. 3. Measure the weights on the flybar to make certain that they are even!! This is very important and you should measure from the center pivot to the inside or outside of the weight. Even a small difference will effect flight. The further out that you place the weights will provide the most stability, and the closer you place them will increase performance. I've been switched to Flyrcivsud's new graphite flybar and flight is very stable.

Good luck and contact me if you need help. Sonny is an excellent resource and has been very responsive via the phone and online. He even had me send photographs and provide guidance, so I would suggest giving these guy's a chance if you're considering hop up's to your CX copters.

PM answered............
Did you ever consider the fact that your original flybar was out of whack? Classic symptom of TBE.
