Maybe you just need to set up your videocam on a tripod behind your head and record away.
Which sim?
Which sim?

I would also like to know if it can be done on real flight G3.5 >>> You can record a flight and you can play it back on the simulator, but when you try to converted or play it with any of the video players, it doesn’t not work.
Any ideas on how to convert a G3.5 recording to video format like wmp or QuickTime or AVI etc......
Thanks

You can never have too much power, as you can always throttle back.

RE: How do you make a video and post it of you flyin on the sim?
I just did some fast researched and came across this information and answered my own question The quick answer is “ NO “ you cannot share the recording from the flight sim as they are not in video format, but there is a work around, read on for the answer…..
G3 and G4 do not create "video" files that can be played or converted
Instead they create "recording" of a plane's movements... To play the files back you need to use G3/G4 again to open and "run" them. This doesn't work for You Tube, or any other video player.
So you must "capture" the on screen action with something that will record each FRAME of what you see on the computer screen to a movie file.
Programs such as FRAPS or capture WIZ do this.
When you do use the FRAP or the Wiz capture program, make your own recording first on G4 or G4. Then open the recording to play it back while you also run your capture program to capture what you see on your computer screen frame per frame. That way you will not have to fly the plane while you are capturing the video file. Once you have it in video format you can share it on You Tube.
