Out of the four the WH Sukhoi will give you the best wing loading a freestyle type flying. The Hangar 9 Sukhoi and AW 260 will be way over powered with a much higher wing loading. I am not sure about the Dietrich. If you want to fly fast and bore holes in the sky get the Hangar 9 or AW. If you want 3D foamy floaty type flying the WH would be great and have plenty of power.

Panzl,
That is a good call. I read on another site that the 2.5 M came in under 20 lbs. with the 85. That will just be insane power and probably hard to manage. I am really interested in seeing some reports on the 2.7 M which should be a real nice airframe for the 85.

This is not on your list but qualifies where you said well built and good flying. I bet you could just start by flying around and grow into it as the skills develop. Looks like great wing loadin.

That looks like another great choice. The hardest part anymore is deciding on what great airframe to get.

How about a 35% Carden 260 or Edge 540 at around 21-22 lbs.

Consider the Wild Hare Giles as well, it's about the same wight as teh Sukhoi and has more wing area. Both Wild Hare planes are extremely smooth flyers, the Giles being the more refined and the Sukhoi being more of a hot rod.

How much do you want to spend?

Wild Hare has 4 planes that fit the 85 and perform with excellence. 35% Extra, 35% Edge (on the way now), 35% Sukhoi, and 40% Giles. All well built, all fly extremely well, and all priced right.

I want to thank everyone for their input, I think I will be going with either te Wildhare Sukoi or Giles.
