Default Keeping your CA

Keep your power dry or in this case your CA.I bought a one gal. paint bucket from Lowes with a Lid ( all plastic)and a can of desicant or sometimes called dehumidier from Wally World.I store my CA in the bucket with the desicant;keeps everthing inside nice and dry.Since CA needs moisture to cure my CA keeps stays liquid.

I put my bottles in a plastic cat litter container. Works good too.

The following will sound weird but it works-an old builder told me to just leave the bottle open on bench-since then I have had zero go bad and my shop gets cold in winter-hot in summer-go figure. Course I use ca quite often year round.

I keep mine closed in the refrigerator. Seems to do OK. I use only the small bottles, but not the smallest.

I think the freezer is supposed to be better than the fridge - I've had some bottles stay ok for more than 3 years.

rc and flip - does your bottle top clog solid when left open and you have to put usual pin to unclog next time you use it ? this might be reason it stays ok open on bench ?? the moisture in the air cannot get at contents to set it off.

No clogging -that is the good thing-ca runs back in bottle-most of time you can come back after several days-and start where you left off. I do use the hobbico tips on thin and supplied tip for thick.

The freezer is the way to go. Just be sure to bring the bottle to room temp before opening. Don't try to store opened bottles in the freezer.

there is ussauly no ca in the tip. In fact I usaully tap the bottom on the bench to force the ca back into the bottle before putting it back ib the rack to make sure the tip don't clog.
