RE: Waterproofing
Wrap the receiver in a balloon and zip tie the end of the balloon with two zip ties. In between the two zip ties put a dab of grease or silicone glue, that will stop water from leaking under the zip tie and into the balloon.
As for servos, take silicone glue on your finger and put a small amount along all of the lines on the case and over the screws. Then remove the servo horn and put grease around the servo shaft and replace the horn.
I've done those two things to my crawlers and have literally submerged them in a couple of feet of water without a problem.

RE: Waterproofing
search button / this question is all over the place
to answer your question though you can plastic dip the servos and that works and for the receiver you can simply put it into a water pallon and zip-tie the end

Lol, thats hilarious, Ride! lol.
A method toy R/C uses, is dipping the pc boards in melted wax. this hardens when cooled, and it can be melted off will a little care.
Cheers!
