HELP.... Dont know how to start my first boat.
I cant crank my engine up, it feels like i am about to yank the motor out when i pull it. Is that how it supposed to be or is it easyer then that. My carb doesnt have a prime button, how do i get the fuel from the tank to the engine?

I find that if you put your finger in the velocity stack tightly, pull the cord slowly hearing a thunk, thunk your finger should have gas on it or do it till it does then you know that its primed.
At that point hold the throttle open on the radio and give it a couple of quick full pulls. It should start.
hope this helps you.

What I normally do is use an old syringe with some fuel tubing attached and use it to push a bit of fuel into the carb opening. This normally gets the motor up and running within a few pulls. Just check that the fuel is being pulled into the carb from your tank. You can also try to blow into your tank to force the fuel through the tube into your carb. But you shouldn't have to do this as the motor should pull the fuel through as you crank it.

What about the hard pulling? It feels like a am about to yank the motor out of the boat, and what about the black wire on the motor, it is not connected to anything, there a red wire and a black the red connects to something the black connects to nothin.

See BMAD01 response near the bottom of this discussion. Should answer your question about the black wire.
not sure about the hard pulling.Sorry.

The fuel wouldnt stay in the line, if i prime it by puting my hand over the carb and crank it the fuel goes to the carb but when i stop the fuel goes right back down to the tank. I am also worried that i might yank the motor out by cranking it to much, most of the time its hard to pull and about 30 percent of the time its easy, Anny one here ever got this problem?

How is the connection where the fuel line attaches to the carb. The fuel should not run backwards to the tank once in the line - this might be symptomatic of an air leak.
It will certainly be easier to crank the motor without the plug in place. It sounds like the motor may be flooded with fuel if it is extremely tough to turn over. This is where I would start.
Check the fuel fitting where it connects to the carb. Make sure it is a good fit (ALSO - make certain you are not using the soft flexible silicon water tubing for the fuel line - it should be tygon tubing that will be reasonably firm and most commonly yellow - Silicon tubing is good for water lines and nitro fuel only - gasoline will make it swell up and fall apart).
Remove the spark plug and place a cloth over the hole. Crank the motor over a few times quickly.. Now do this while your finger is closing off the carburettor air intake - this will prime the fuel line - remove your finger from the carburettor as soon as you see the fuel reach the carburettor - you should see a little fuel on your finger tip at this time also. Crank her over a couple more times - just for the fun of it.
Now reinstall the spark plug. With one hand supporting the top of the motor - crank the motor over (with the throttle opened 1/4). Motor should fire after the first or second crank (and should be easier to crank).
Let us know what you find. If the fuel continues to flow backwards down the fuel line let us know also.
And please - DO NOT DO THIS

Had i set up the fuel and water lines correctly?

Is the line from the fuel tank going to a black fuel fitting on the side of the carburettor? Is the pulse line going to the water pump going to the fitting in the brown block between the carburettor and the motor?

I had already tried removing the spark plug and pulling the motor for all the fuel to go out but not upside down. How do i flip it upside down and crank it at the same time?

It is not essential to flip the boat but I have found it sometimes helps at times when a motor has a lot of water in it from flipping or a lot of fuel in it from being over choaked

The yellow line on the tank goes to a brass fitting on the high and low needle side and the pulse tube from the pump goes to a black fitting on the radio/servo side.

I took those pictures with the webcam on my laptop, thats the closes i could take. If i blow fuel to the carb fuel starts to leak out of the carb. Is there a way where i could check to see if which one is which?

I had tried puting my hand over the carb and cranking it at the same time and i do see fuel flow threw the hose, so i am thinking that the lines are setup correctly, but i may be wrong.

RE: HELP.... Dont know how to start my first boat.
if the second fitting is going into the tapped fuel pump diaphram then choaking the carb will still pull fuel in and prime the motor even if set up wrong - but the symptom you mentioned earlier of fuel flowing backwards could also exist in this situation.
As I said - it is common for fuel fittings to be located at the back of the carb (opposite the side the needles are on).
It is very rare to have a pulse port drilled into the carb which is adding to the confusion in this case
